This quiet getaway is set on 113 acres, and boarders extensive woods and lakes. The house has had many families living within its walls over the years, but in 1948 the Smith family bought the home and renamed it Win-Vian, the combination of the first names of Winthrop and his wife Vivian. To this day, the grand house is still in the Smith family.
